A Great Read!
I can't believe I'm done reading the book Actually! Yet, that is what's great about it. It's a concise yet thorough and soulfully touching guide for strengthening a Woman's Essence. Helping to awaken and bring about self reflection with the core that is You. Thus helping to remove seeming obstacles from your life of magic and greatness. Experiencing a time of transition in my own life I found myself wandering in a vicious cycle. My spirit lead me back to pick up reading this book and this morning I reached for it after my awakening prayer time to contribute to and influence the thought pattern of how I kick off this new year. I found things resonating more and more and before I realized it, I'd completed the book! I see it as a great guide to continue to come back to for strengthening reminders. You will definitely enjoy it and it Will bless your life. If you're feeling to it, it's for a reason. Listen and walk in the direction spirit is guiding you
Easy Read, Powerful Message
I loved everything about this book. It was a simple read with a VERY powerful message - Know yourself, honor yourself, & love yourself. Being able to identify and clean house internally is a must for positive change in one's journey. I definitely recommend this book to others!
Love yourself first ladies
This was a phenomenal read. I really lost myself in the midst of my relationship and my kids and ended up becoming depressed. Feeling so low of myself so I came across Fila's book. Short but powerful. I was already changing things in my life the second/last day of reading this book. Now is the time!!!! Love yourself first ladies!!!!

Made me cry
I read this in an hour because it’s definitely a page turner. I never realized how much I doubt myself until reading the descriptions of women. Definitely a great read!

I really enjoyed exploring this book. It's definitely motivated me to shift my locus of control into the intrinsic mode and take full responsibility of my health and happiness, I am not a victim and I deserve all that my heart desires!
