Hallelujah! It works with my MacBook Pro on both my English teaching apps!

I've been teaching English online for over a year, and it's been a real struggle to find an over-ear headset that will work with my MacBook Pro, especially when using the apps that my teaching platforms require. Odd things would happen with the sound output (students' voices coming through headset but app sounds coming through computer speakers, or vice versa) and/or the kids would say they couldn't hear me. I found one on-ear headset that worked and I've used that the whole time (while trying out others), until it recently broke. When I bought others, I always checked the reviews and answers to see if it would work with my Mac, and although reviewers said they worked, I was always disappointed. THIS ONE WORKS! I taught for five hours this morning and I had zero problems, plus for once there was no pressure on my ear cartilage, and the sound was so much better. I'm ridiculously pleased. The mute button doesn't work for me, but that's minor! Finding a wired headset that works with my computer has been a huge pain for the past for years, in general)...I do not get why such an otherwise good machine is so stupid regarding headphones and microphones (I'm also a Linguistics researcher, and I have had to trick my Mac to accept my best mics). Anyway, yays. I think I might buy a spare.

Excellent quality headset for work from home or gaming!

I needed a headset to work from home since the one I had broke. I saw this one and took a shot. I needed something that wasn’t too wacky looking or something that wouldn’t break. Also needed it to be USB that works on a MacBook or Windows10 laptop. Well this headset easily worked for my PC, quickly installing and using Win10’s generic drivers. Oh the Mac, it works as soon as I plugged in. I used this in Teams and webex conference calls. I also used this on PC that had discord installed and it worked great. The headset is solid but not too heavy and the sound is good. Everyone could hear me clearly and the sound that came to my headset was good. I’d recommend buying this if you need a headset

Great headset for the price!

I bought this headset several months after buying the previous version. The previous version is an amazing headset for the price, so when I needed another headset for the house, I saw that the V22 version was available and bought it. The V22 is similar in size to the previous version. The cord is still fixed and not detachable. The padded earcups are also similar in shape and padding thickness. Some subtle difference are the V22 has color accents (I bought the blue one, instead of the red) around the earcups, and the plastic at the outside of the earcups are hexagon-ish in shape (the hexagon plastic doesn't appear in the previous version). So the V22 does look more game-ish. The volume/mic/light control on the V22 doesn't light up when the light of turned on. And the light on the V22 cycles thru different colors, where in the previous version the light is just a single rainbow color. The folding mic looks similar and performs as well as the previous version. As for noise isolation, it seems the previous version blocks out more outside noise than the V22, but it isn't bad. Lastly the V22 is slightly cheaper than the previous version. Overall, I'm happy with this new version and would definitely buy it again.

I didn't rate the gaming since I'm NOT a gamer

I need a gaming headset since I working from home all day and it seems the gaming headsets are truly the only ones that take comfort for long periods of time into play...especially those of us with larger heads. I needed an OVER the ear set..not an ON the ear set. These work great..comfort level high. I wear them for 8 hours a day, and no issues so far. Recommended by my boss (he bought the red set and has used them for well over a year), so far so good on my end. Works well with Avaya phone system too.

Great quality headphones, economical price

I love this headphones. I am not a gamer. I purchased my first pair at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic for work purposes. I was looking for comfortable headphones that could be worn for several hours a day, had noise cancellation, and would keep external noise to a minimum. I have to say, these headphones have been amazing. Although my colleagues were initially poking fun, for me it is style over substance. These are great quality at an affordable price. I ended up purchasing 3 more headphones in August in anticipation of my children starting off the school year in virtual school. The headphones were much better than the ones they used at the end of last school year.

First Impression is great. I needed a headset/mic combo for conference calls

So far, I've only had the headset for a few hours, but I've been on 3 conference calls and the sound quality is great and everyone can hear me clear. Playing music sounds amazing too, the surround sound is nice too, at first I thought something was wrong, I had no sound out of the left side, but nope, it was the song and the way it started.

Works Great for Language Training

Just got these headphones. They are very comfortable and work great for Rosetta language training. Sound quality, microphone usage and long term comfort were my criterion after suffering through the free headset provided by Rosetta. The price is definitely right and the construction of the headset surpassed my expectations especially the USB cable fabric. I would strongly recommend these to others.
