Kimbap cuộn cá hồi có thể ví như món sushi vì nguyên liệu cá được ăn sống với mù tạt và nước tương. Chỉ có điều được cuộn lại với cơm trong càng thêm hấp dẫn.

Trải mành tre ra mặt phẳng, đặt miếng rong biển lên trên, phun sương nước lên làm dịu rong biển (tránh nhiều nước quá nhé!). Sau đó dàn cơm đều lên. Cá hồi thái lát nhỏ và mỏng, xếp lên cơm theo 1 đường dọc chính giữa, rồi đến 1 đường mù tạt kế bên cá. Tiến hành cuộn lại như đang cuộn kimbap là được.

Cắt cuộn rong biển thành những khoanh nhỏ vừa ăn. Khi ăn có thể chấm cùng nước tương có pha ít mù tạt nhé! Món này cay nên các bạn nên chuẩn bị sẵn tâm lý trước nè!
